Online training session

Personal trainer, and Alzheimer’s Society Ambassador, Lavina Mehta MBE takes us through a training session covering strengthening the legs, back, shoulders and core. This will help you walk longer in comfort on your trek. 

You don't need any fancy equipment - just a mat, a long resistance band (or a pair of old tights) and some weights (tins/plastic bottles/dumbbells or just your body weight).
